Pale Ale•5.5% - Draft & 4-packs Brewed with Citra and Simcoe. Notes of Orangina soda, citrus peel, and mango with a piney finish.

Marcescent*

BA Imperial Stout•13.1% - Bottles & Draft
Fresh and barrel blended imperial stout conditioned on Tanzania, Madagascar, and Ugandan vanilla beans, maple syrup, and pecans. We brewed a half batch of heavily wheated imperial stout and blended it with a handful of small format bourbon and rye whiskey barrels from Kings County Distillery which have been holding some of our first stouts made here for about 12-14 months. We’re getting big fudge brownie, black and white cookie, marshmallow, roasted malt and a maple oakiness. As Marcescent begins to warm, we’re getting big additions of marzipan, dark cherry, and the bourbon/rye notes definitely start to shine.

Our first hard seltzer brewed with real fruit and natural flavors. No artificial flavoring or dyes! Inspired by one of our favorite childhood drinks, the Shirley Temple.

Forest Edge 2*

Viennawine•13.3% - Draft only
Viennawine style barleywine boiled for 16hrs. Notes of fig, plum, raisin, toffee, pecans, and brown sugar. Expect a big sweetness upfront which dissipates from accompanying sharp hop and alcohol presence.

Subnivean 13°*

Czech style Pilsner 5.0% - Lukr draft & Growlers
Czech style premium pale lager brewed with 100% Czech malt and Saaz hops. Notes of honey glazed bread, floral lemon, and chamomile tea, with a mild hop presence on the finish.

Seamair (SHAM-er)*

Irish Dry Stout•4.5% - Nitro Pour & 4 packs
While our cans are carbonated as normal, for the first time we are serving this beer on nitro add a smooth creamy texture for your ultimate enjoyment! Expect notes of bitter dark chocolate, toasted nuttiness, biscuit, with a floral hop bite. Just in time for your St. Patty’s Day needs!

TIPA•10% - Draft & Growlers
Brewed with Citra, Motukea, and Waimea. Notes of ripe melon, candied pineapple, grapefruit pith and pine resin.

Fauna Motueka*

IPA•6.9% - Draft & Growlers
India pale ale brewed exclusively with Motueka hops. Notes of candied lemon, fresh squeezed lime, cantaloupe, and fruit loops with a floral earthy finish.

Double Fauna Nectaron*

DIPA•8.5% - Draft & Growlers
Double India pale ale brewed exclusively with Nectaron hops. Notes of sweet pineapple juice, candied apricot, and mild cannabis, with a mild earthy hop spice.

Southern Alpenglow*

IPA•7.2% - Draft & 4-packs
India pale ale brewed with Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops. Notes of white grape, grapefruit, lime, pine resin, and bitter citrus pith.

Snow Ghosts*

DIPA•8.8% - Draft & 4-packs
Double India pale ale brewed with Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, and Wai-ti hops. Notes of floral hop dankness with a punch of orange citrus, passion fruit, and mango.
